My mk2 scirocco 1.8 8v 1990, right indicator flashes intently.. All others work. Im thinking it could be indicator relay. Will this fit my car and solve the issue

Yes thats the one there a very universal relay and 9 times out of 10 its this that makes the indicators flash to fast
