    We are constantly checking our prices to make sure that you get the best value for your money, but with over 25,000 products to keep an eye on, we may occasionally miss the mark. 

    If you find your item cheaper anywhere else online BEFORE buying, send us an email and we will match the price.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

    • Create an account
    • Send us an email including
      • Your name
      • The part number of the item on our website (or link to the page)
      • A link to the item you have seen
      • Confirmation of the price you have seen it advertised at

    WHAT WE WILL DO

    • Once we have checked that the item is identical to ours, and listed at a lower price, we will amend the price of the item

    • We will then reply to your email letting you know that you can go ahead and make your purchase

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • The product on our competitor’s site needs to be identical to the one on our site 

      • The same BRAND

      • The same QUALITY

      • The same SPECIFICATIONS

    • The product must be sold by a supplier based in the UK

    • The product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery

    • The product must be at full retail price and not include any offers or discounts

    • The product must be new and not for sale on eBay, Amazon or any other Marketplace or Auction sites

    • The Price Match Promise does not include the cost of delivery

    • The request to Price Match must be made before purchase and a refund will not be given for orders already placed

    • We reserve the right to withdraw our Price Match Promise at any time

    • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
