Does this kit require fog lights to be already fitted to the vehicle? I do not have fog lights currently, I know I will need different plastic surrounds - but do I need to change anything else?

So no the vehicle needn't have had fogs originally, but you will need to fit a new headlamp switch that had the fog lamp option.
