What’s the difference between these and the similar OE look cross hairs? Also, for a left hand drive, but driven in the uk t2, should I get the RH drive version?

Afternoon,
These use a clear lens with the beam dispersed by the reflector.
The OE look ones have a smooth reflector with a diffracted lens.
