Heretics May 2025: Photo Gallery

It seems like only a few weeks ago we kicked off our 2025 Heretics campaign, and now here we are writing about May's event so soon after. It was a slightly grey day (after a week of sunshine) but it didn't seem to keep the crowd away. For us, it marked the start of a car mad weekend, with a Porsche breakfast meet and Land Rover event at Heritage HQ to look forward to as well. 

The first vehicle through the gate this month was a Type 25. Finished in Manila Green with a Low Down Transporters body drop, it featured a panoramic sunroof swap and chromed BBS RS wheels. It looked familiar as we'd supplied a few parts for the build, and Heretics was its maiden outing! It was fair to say it drew a crowd, and parked next to a T4 in a similar shade, its height reduction was very much apparent. 

Some late courier collections meant our parking plan went out the window - but it was quite nice to have a jumble of shapes and sizes in the yard for a change. Perhaps this format (or lack of) might stick around for next month too... And whilst we are at it, Land Rovers are welcome to join in with the Heretics meets - the more the merrier!

One of the benefits of coming down to Heretics is you are able to collect pre-ordered parts from us into the evening. If parts aren't requried, a big old burger or a cracking coffee will certainly hit the spot instead! Thanks to Nic and Ben's for catering and Little Vintage Tin for the coffee. Thanks also to Kenny for DJ'ing for us. 

As we hinted in the intro it was a busy few days for us with car meets, but there are more to come!

We have a watercooled VW. breakfast meet on Sunday 8th June and an aircooled breakfast meet on Saturday 14th June, and our next Heretics evening meet up is on Thursday 19th June.
