A real summers evening

Not only did the rain disappear for 24hrs, but the sun was out and it was a real summers evening. With the laid back tunes from DJ Brian Mole, a Bratwurst in one hand and a cold can in the other, it was a perfect night for chatting cars and catching up.

The Power of Instagram

Thanks to some clever social media activity, Andy from our Marketing department tracked down a couple from Germany who were on a UK road trip in their Porsche 924. After clocking they were driving back from Cornwall on Thursday morning, Andy reached out with an invite to attend Heretics in the afternoon and they called in on their way back home. "Our friends will never believe this," they told us!

Our Heretics events continue to attract a spectrum of Porsche enthusiasts, offering a completely different format to the more traditional Porsche club pub meal meetups. This month we were treated to a gorgeous green 914, an awesome turquoise 911 hotrod, a forecourt fresh 2019 '992' and a pair of very sexy Speedsters. Oh and a trio of Transaxles too...

It was great to see John and Ben from JMR again with their monster Corrado out on the road, under its own steam. Watch out for a workshop tour at JMR coming very soon on the Heritage Magazine.

The last meeting of the year will be next month - Thursday 19th September. We will be using this as an opportunity to sell off a whole load of ex-display/slightly damaged stock if you fancy some bargain Porsche and VW parts for your winter project? Hope to see you there. Andy
