No sorry these aren't wagenwest spindles. Ours are a 100% new spindle.
As for tyres something like a 185/60/15 should fit, but see where you are at with the stock tyre and work out the additional clearance or tyre size needed from there. #
There are many tyre calculators on the web that will give you a good ball park figure for width and profile.
