Each Panchito 044 head undergoes rigorous metallurgy and machining inspections, ensuring exceptional quality and reliability.

Featuring race-proven port designs, the Panchito 044 offers outstanding airflow and port velocity, with a 40mm intake port delivering 162 CFM and over 300 ft. per second velocity. The 35.5mm exhaust port benefits from a reduced bowl size and improved short turn radius, enhancing both low-end and mid-range performance while preserving top-end power. The newly designed high quench combustion chamber, with a volume of 54cc, is ideal for small displacement engines and supports bore sizes from 85.5mm to 94mm. This cylinder head is engineered for T-1, T-2, and T-3 VW 1600-based engines and is sold individually, offering top-tier performance and durability.
