Sorry, it looks like this one wouldn't fit your 1999 T4. The later versions were 125mm, but unfortunately we are unable to obtain them as a new part.

Not sure what style of Wheel you have, but these suit all the models and years shown as a standard item. It may be worth checking your existing item carries the same Part No 321-419-661A.
