| Fitting Info | Does not include starter bush. A new armature bush (113-301-155) must be used when replacing your starter motor. We recommend fitting starter motor bolt 111-199-101/B, Due to the smaller diameter body of modern starter motors, original D-head bolts may not be suitable. Please also check the condition of your wiring - most reported faults in new starter operation are due to old wiring from the ignition switch producing low voltage at the starter motor solenoid. |

If your beetle has a12volt flywheel then this starter will be correct.
You will also need to replace the starter bush part code 113-301-155
we should be getting new stock the end of the month.
Starter will have a standard output around 0.75-0.8KW - It is not uprated.

It will work with the old bolt but we do have a bolt under a different brand on the shelf
