Cab door skin repair panel for the right side. The skin goes from the bottom of the door up to the base of the window. If using these for doors from an early Baywindow 1968 then you may have to modify the skin to accept the early door handle.

Should the paint used on these panels be stripped off before painting or is it a good primer and just be keyed?.

Yes, these are supplied with whats called a transit coating, for the best results, this will need removing.
