It looks like the correct Gear Lever Boot for the CL Polo is no longer available. Not sure how this version would fit, but may be worth a try? If you purchased and it was found not to be suitable, we would happily have it back for a refund.

Can you tell me how the gaiter fits over the shifter handle? Does the narrow hole at the top of the gaiter just stretch around the shifter handle or do you have to take the ball/handle off the stick shifter?

The gear knob screws off and the gear stick will push through the hole
