Could you confirm if this resistor would be OK in my Golf mk2 1.6cl,1986 car.
My cars heater blower only works on the number 3 setting,1 and 2 are not working.

This is not the correct resistor for a MK2 unfortunately.
Right hand drive MK2 golf heater blower resistors are discontinued We still stock the left hand drive version, you or an auto electrician may be able to modify this resistor by using the new resistor part fitted to your old RHD resistor body but ii cannot confirm that. part code for the LHD part is is 191-959-263/C
