You'll need part number 155-853-585 for the stock side mouldings.
But some cabrios are using the early Mk1 Golf narrow trim, as the correct cabrio ones are NLA, these use the Beetle side moulding clips that you've mentioned.
The sills have a larger trim clip, 803-853-139/C.
