Do you supply a metal/ plastic brake reservoir inlet pipe bit to match this?

Afternoon,

Yes for some models, early pre 66 beetles used a metal pipe, just a piece of the hard brake line bent to shape will do here. But the 67 to 71 single circuit beetles used an angled plastic feed pipe, part number 113-611-153 is available from us.
