Just purchased this from you. I take it that it already has is filled with lubricant and what lubricant is it if I need to top it up at any point? Semi fluid grease, or EP90?

It is filled i have never been asked for fluid to top but this is the one part number ZCA-415-001

Yes, this will suit both Left and Right Hand Drive models. We are hoping to have more stock towards the end of this month.
