This 1600cc top end engine rebuild kit provides everything needed to overhaul your engine or convert it to run on unleaded petrol. It’s also the perfect solution for upgrading your 1300cc twin port motor to a 1600cc motor, giving you enhanced performance and reliability.

Included in the kit are a pair of assembled 1600cc twin port cylinder heads, 1600cc barrels and pistons (complete with piston rings, gudgeon pins, and circlips), a full engine gasket set, a set of 8 pushrod tubes, a crankshaft oil seal, and 4 NGK spark plugs. Heritage kits are designed to save you both time and money, ensuring a smooth engine rebuild with all the essential components.

We suggest that these are lapped in prior to fitting.

Why is a crank shaft oil seal included? Will I have to open the engine case to change the piston shafts as well?

Iv not herd of the engine case needing opening as it presses in, it its included in the engine gasket set

The Barrel and Pistons are Kolbenschmidt and the Twin Port Heads are from EMPI in the U.S.A
