Fitting InfoFor 1700-2000cc Type 4 engine Please change your voltage regulator at the same time as fitting a new alternator. Many charging problems are due to faulty regulators. Voltage regulator part number: 043-903-803/B When re-fitting the cover plate on the back of the alternator you must ensure it does not contact the terminals and short the alternator.
