Is this a new alternator, if so then who is the manufacturer or is it a remanufactured part?

These kits use an Alternator from a supplier in the USA. They are a new item, probably sourced from a supplier in the far east. They would however carry the same year warranty as a Bosch unit would have had.

Yes it does have the regulator built inside its the new design option
