Hi, can I use this on my 1962 beetle to upgrade it from single to dual circuit while keeping wheel cylinders and drums the same?

Yes, this could be used to upgrade your brakes to a dual system. You could utilize reservoir Part No AC611003 with this, with the appropriate grommets.
