The Thin Line Oil Pan is designed to provide critical oil capacity and cooling for your Type 1, 2, or 3 VW engine, especially during hot weather or high-performance driving. Extending just 2 inches below the engine case, this oil pan increases capacity to help prevent oil starvation and pump cavitation during aggressive cornering and acceleration. Its front ram air profile forces air between the engine case and oil pan, further improving cooling efficiency.

Precision-machined and featuring deep fins for maximum heat dissipation, the Thin Line Oil Pan is easy to install with basic hand tools—no drilling or tapping required. It bolts directly onto all Type 1, 2, and 3 VW engines. For additional oil cooling and protection, it can also be used in conjunction with a Maxi Pump. With a compact size of 9 1/8" width, 10 1/2" length, and 1 7/8" height, the Thin Line Oil Pan is the perfect upgrade to keep your engine running cool and protected during even the most demanding conditions.
