The front sun visor pivots used on many Porsche models consists of a steel pin embedded in a plastic base housing. This plastic housing cracks over time, causing the pin to loosen and the visor to fall.

ÜRO Parts improved the design by using a heavy-duty aluminium base that mimics the original part in look and fitment. The ÜRO mount is much stronger than the plastic OE version, yet is substantially less expensive.
