It fits perfectly into a 1500cc & 1600cc Type-1/2 engine case without any modifications and can also be installed on 1300cc engines with minor adjustments. Crafted by an OEM supplier with stringent quality control, these forged pistons are the strongest available for aircooled VWs. The tighter grain structure of the metal allows them to withstand higher loads than their cast counterparts, making them perfect for high-performance engines.
