I have an American imported Ghia it's 69 on the log book .. there's an original H5 1500 cc engine .. will this clutch kit fit it ? The pressure plate on my engine looks completely different

Yes 111-198-141/XS is correct for your year and engine, possible difference is you might have the old style 3 finger clutch, this one basically is for models that didn't have the guide tube for the release bearing
