Do these heat exchangers have heatsink fins inside? And what is the coating? Powder coated or painted? Thanks

They have the cast aluminium heat sink slows down the incoming air flow to maximize the heat transfer. This resulting optimized heat transfer efficiency provides the ultimate warmth available for your ride.

Unfortunately no they are just a J pipe enclosed within a heat exchanger jacket. They do provide heat, but no where near as much as a stock heat exchanger.
