Heretics June 2023: Photo Gallery
It was one of the hottest days of the year, only a week off Summer Solstice and the stage was set for the third Heretics event of 2023, our second at our Shoreham HQ. How did it go? Well, it was rather busy... Read on and check out the pics!
The biggest ever?
With almost 170 cars counted through the gates and even more parked along the street June's event must be in the running for our busiest ever, naturally encompassing all corners of the VW and Porsche spectrum with a light sprinkling of old and cool from beyond our vehicle range, dusted on the top!

Pizza the action!
I've waited over a decade to use that pun in a Heretics round up! Those fond of this Italian staple had their taste buds delighted by the slices served up by +39 Pizza on the road. Our thanks to Maurizo and his team for their efforts in their retro mobile kitchen.

Side by side
With so many cars turning up, the quality and vehicle diversity was just as strong in the side car park as it was in the front yard. Check out these beauties.

Nice cream...
It was certainly ice cream weather, and a real pleasure to welcome back Polly's Parlour in their beautiful Split bus come ice cream van to serve their chilled desserts to the masses.

Bold and bright
There was no missing these guys in the yard and the car park... What a great collection of colours.

Always time for coffee
Whether it was an after 'dinner' coffee or a cold drink and a cake, Chris and the team were on hand in their Citroen H Van serving with a smile. Check them out at Crew Cab Coffee, or at their bricks and mortar coffee shop Heene Road Coffee, in Worthing.

The people's choice
For the third month in a row we let everyone else decide what tickled their fancy the most. With so many cool cars and busses on display its a close-run thing, but June's winner was this beautiful Porsche 356 coupe making its Heretics debut.

The wheels of steel
Thanks to Heretics regular and DJ supremo Kenny for spinning the tunes for us on such a fabulous summers evening.

Everything, everywhere pt1.
It didn't really matter which direction you pointed a camera, there were awesome machines everywhere!

Nut Job Dot Com
It's always fun when Ben and the gang from NutJob turn up, and we had saved them a space for some vinyl-applying antics in the corner. We particularly loved their 4WD Beetle Pick Up - the BeerWagen!

Everything, everywhere pt2.

See you again soon!
As you're hopefully aware now, the next Heretics meeting at HQ will be on Thursday 7th September.
If this is too long to wait, you'll be able to catch us "On The Road" in July at The Motorist in Leeds on Friday 21st July, and at The Classic Motor Hub in Cirencester on the morning of Saturday 19th August. If you live in these areas, we'd love to see you there.
