These cylinders are 2mm thicker than standard 92mm options, providing superior cooling and durability for high-performance applications. This kit includes everything you need for a successful installation, including piston rings, wrist pins, and clips.

Designed to fit 90.5/92mm engine cases, this thick wall kit requires larger 94mm style cylinder heads, typically used with 2276cc engines. Its thicker design not only enhances strength but also simplifies the assembly process, reducing the need for barrel spacers when setting up deck height and compression ratio. When paired with an 82mm long stroke crankshaft, this kit achieves a robust 2180cc from heavily modified 1300cc to 1600cc engine cases. Machining of the case and heads is necessary for proper fitment, and we offer pre-cut engine cases and cylinder heads specifically designed for this kit. Crafted using a Hypereutectic process, these pistons deliver exceptional performance for your high-powered build.

This stroker barrel & piston kit is designed to be used with a larger throw crankshaft; it is not suitable for use with a standard throw crankshaft.
