Suspension Bushes are some of the most Highly stressed components fitted to a vehicle. They undergo a lot of stress with no maintenance. WC40785-232 is a replacement for 191-422-884 which uses the 18.5mm retaining bracket (and has the 18.5mm wide channel around the outside). It would appear this is for use with the TRW rack - which was most commonly fitted up to 1990. WC40785-233 is for the ZF rack (possibly only LHD) which has a 15mm channel for the bracket on the outside and replaces the OE number 191-422-884/A
