Reviews & Ratings

Inlet manifold adapter kit to fit Air-cooled twin-carb kits onto 1.9 or 2.1 Waterboxer engines. CNC machined from 6mm Aluminum, these are profiled to match the large oval Waterboxer inlet port on one side to the round Aircooled manifold on the other side. Sold as a Pair including gaskets and studs.

Kit includes: 2 x Adapter plates, 2 x Gaskets to head, and 4 x Studs to replace the original Waterboxer manifold bolts. Remaining fitting hardware should all be included in your carburetor kit.

In most cases a Type3 carb kit will probably be the best suited to fit to Waterboxer engines to clear under the rear hatch. Type1 carbs with short air filters may also fit.
