Do these 3-nozzle washers have a base that covers the same area as the original 1-nozzle types? Most 3-nozzle washers on the market have a smaller base that does not cover the bodywork imperfections hidden under the OE nozzles..

Yes unfortunately these do have a smaller footprint than the stock style single outlet jets.
