Dashboard Speaker Grille - All Questions

Is this the grill that was made by Porsche prior to 2008? It would have pins that, although threaded, are actually tapered and meant to be pushed into the dash top. The post-2008 grill instead has pins that are fixed to the grill by nuts (in a conventional nut-and-bolt arrangement). I’m looking for the tapered pins, not the nut-and-bolt arrangement. Please advise. Thanks!
