1977 convertible quarter window upright seals, are they german made. Reason for the question is I bought a pair from another supplier but the portion of the seal that goes into window frame is to thick and wide, tried to trim but that was a disaster. Seeing what you sell.

No sorry these are US supplied seals. I don't think there is a German supplier for these.
As with all seals all i can recommend is that you give them a good 15min soak in some hot water before trying to install them. I makes all the difference
