1. What is shipping cost to California, USA? $72.60 or free if you spend $300
2. Is price pre-VAT? no we don't charge US customers tax, they have to pay their end along with any customs or handling duties
3. Are these units intended to be fastened tightly to the engine block tight, or are they mounted with rubber grommets? you will need 2 x 616-101-123-00
4. Why are these oil coolers a third of the price of what is available here in the US? We can't comment on the pricing of others, we price our items fairly in line with the cost.
