Each Melett CHRA is assembled in the UK by our team of skilled mechanical engineers, using only genuine Melett parts and subjected to vibration stress relief (VSR) balancing. VSR is a post‑manufacturing process where the component is vibrated at its resonant frequency to relieve residual stresses and stabilise dimensions in castings, forgings and fabrications.
