Thereare two types of Dog Teeth used on LT230T Transfer boxesThick (Early) or Thin (Late) type Dog Teeth on the High &Low Gears which mate with the two differnt types of High / Low hub & sleeve assemblies.
You need to make sure which type you have in your box if you are doing a conversion since the vehicle may already have had a reconditioned unit fitted at some stage in it's life.
