EMPI shifter, this is a Hurst style shifter with a trigger reverse lockout, it reduces travel by up to 40%. Replacement gear knobs must have a recess to accommodate the trigger sleeve.
A shift plate is not required.
Fits both left and right hand drive vehicles.
