The CB Performance 34mm Solex Electric Choke Carburetor Kit is a direct replacement for original Solex carburetors, tailored for Type-4 engines in 1700, 1800, and 2000cc configurations. This comprehensive kit includes everything you need for installation—carburetors, manifolds, air filters, fuel hose, push-style linkage, and all necessary hardware. However, as the carburetors lack a vacuum take-off, you’ll need to install a Bosch 009 distributor for proper operation.

For optimal results, a rolling road setup is recommended to fine-tune performance. If issues arise at low speeds, replacing the smaller manifold barbs with AC1153971 and fitting a 1/2-inch hose balance pipe is suggested.
