Billet aluminum oil pump cover
For use with crankcases with 8mm pump studs. Drilled and tapped for full flow with a 3/8NPT female output fitting and oil pressure relief valve which is to protect external oil coolers and filters from excess pressure especially when the engine is code. Must be used with Fram HP1 filter or similar.
If fitting to Bay Window (1968-1979) you may need to modify your rear engine support bar for clearance around the oil fitting.

Product Questions
The pump cover valve is designed as a safety measure to stop excess pressure from building up at the cooler/filter especially when the engine is cold. The valve in the pump cover opens at approximately 9 Bar / 130Psi.
