These forged 4340 Chromoly H-beam connecting rods, manufactured by SSP, are built for high-performance applications. With a 5.4" length and a VW crank journal, they are lighter and stronger than the original VW rods, providing better reliability and power transfer.
Engineered with precision, the rod caps reduce the need for excessive internal case clearancing when using a stroker crank. Fitted with high-strength 5/16'' 200,000psi bolts, these rods are designed to withstand extreme stress, making them an ideal choice for any performance or racing engine build.
