Steering Ball Joint Lht Land Rover Series
Steering Ball Joint Lht Land Rover Series:
Reviews & Ratings
Steering Ball Joints for the early Land Rover Series vehicles. Thesefit the Series vehicles which used track rods without threads all theway to the end, see picture.
Fits :-
Series II, IIA, III up to approx 1974
You should not fit the later type ball joints with thread all the way upto early vehicles since the clamping will occur on the thread. Checkwhich tube type you have since somebody may have fitted a later tubewith threads all the way to end (which should have later style completethread ball joints), or incorrect joints may have been fittedpreviously.
Correspond to Land Rover Part Numbers 231184 & 320902 Left Hand Thread
