I have a US, 87 VW Vanagon, and I'm looking at part # 252-801-253, and it looks like one piece. In the diagram, the small box insert shows 3 rocker panel pieces for under the sliding door. it says left or right, So is this the only part I need to order, or does it come in 3 pieces? Thanks!!!

This number is for RHD so for LHD you need part number 251-801-254
this is the top and bellow you have the inner and outer sills
