This is a left rear bracket to allow you to fit front 3 point belts in the rear of your Baywindow. They help by attaching into the van and extending the top point to above the shoulder.
The upper securing threaded hole is in line with the rear seat under the window on Microbus and Westfalia models with a smaller M8 fitting halfway down the rear inner quarter panel. Panel vans and campers made from panel vans will need fixing points fabricated. Please use one of our front inertia belts with this item.

Can a near full width folding seat/bed be used without being obstructed by bracket?

We don't think you would have sufficient clearance to use this with the folding bed you have. If you are able to send some pics of your set up to help@heritagepartscentre.com we will check for you.

Do you have the bolts that actually secure the rear metal seat frame to the floor for both rear seats in a type 2 bay window?

Yes you should use the following T bolt to secure the seat frame to the floor, N01-613-72 - bolt and 221-883-865/A - plate, 111-881-281 - wing nut
