Our 100% brand new SSP 1776cc twin-port AD-code performance engine features a performance camshaft and big-valve heads. Built with an extra strong aluminum case and using all new parts, this engine is designed for solid performance and reliability. It includes Empi's latest GTV-2 40 x 35.5mm big valved heads, an aluminum race case, a 69mm forged counter-weighted crankshaft, and forged I-beam rods. Other top spec components include a forged 8 dowel flywheel, a fully balanced bottom end, a Schadek high flowing oil pump, Engle's 110 camshaft, CB Performance's forged rockers, and SCAT stainless steel valve covers.
Our engines are meticulously assembled in the UK on an IATF 16949 / ISO 9002 certified assembly line. Each engine is spun for half an hour at 2000rpm to ensure reliability, with oil pressure, cylinder compression, and oil leaks checked before dispatch. Suitable for unleaded fuel, the engine comes with a gasket kit, new oil cooler, and lightened flywheel. The package also includes a 1-year warranty in the UK and Mainland Europe, with no exchange required. Please note that installation must be supervised by an experienced person, and additional ancillary parts like an oil cooling system, carburetors, and exhaust are necessary.
