Air Box Pop-Off Valve: 911 (1974-1989)
Air Box Pop-Off Valve: 911 (1974-1989)
Reviews & Ratings
Air box pop-off valve. Prevents air box damage from backfiring.
Fitted inside the standard air box, the pop-off valve, which is also called a backfire protection valve, is a good modification for 911's with the Continuous Injection System (CIS). In the event of a backfire, which is not uncommon with these cars, the pop-off valve will release the pressure which can crack and damage the airbox.
Drilling of the air box is required, instructions included.
