The AA Performance Machine In Thick Wall 1835cc 92mm Cast Barrel & Piston Kit is engineered for enthusiasts seeking ultimate performance and reliability. With a full 2mm thickness over standard 92mm cylinders, this kit is ideal for high-performance applications, providing superior cooling and enhanced strength. It includes all essential components, such as piston rings, wrist pins, and clips, ensuring you have everything needed for a successful installation.
Designed to fit 90.5/92mm engine cases, this thick wall kit requires larger 94mm style cylinder heads typically used with 1914cc engines. When paired with the standard 69mm crankshaft found in 1300cc to 1600cc engines, it delivers a robust 1835cc displacement. The 39.80mm compression height is compatible with small stroked cranks (69, 74, and 76). Please note that machining of both the engine case and heads is necessary for proper fitment. For convenience, we offer pre-cut engine cases and cylinder heads designed for this kit. Additionally, these pistons are cast using a Hypereutectic process, ensuring durability for your high-performance build.
