Chrome 'Pancake' Style Air Filter is perfect for brightening up your engine bay while maximising the airflow into your carburettor through the foam air filter element. Foam has excellent filtering properties; being more efficient than paper elements. 

This 2" tall air filter is designed to suit the standard Solex carburettors with 52mm throats as fitted to aircooled VWs, and is a great replacement for rusty or missing original filters. 

Supplied with a chrome top and base, a mesh filter guard and a foam element, this air filter also has a fitting for a 1/2" hose underneath, ideal for attaching to the standard oil breather system.
