This Dog House Style Fan Shroud is a high-performance upgrade for Type 1-based Volkswagen engines, especially suited for Buses or engines with increased output. Designed to accept the Type 4 oil cooler, it provides improved cooling efficiency thanks to its two extra rows. Supplied complete with enlarged air ducts, it ensures optimal integration and airflow management.

Carefully engineered to retain the internal vanes found in original shrouds and fitted with a velocity ring at the rear of the fan, this shroud delivers unmatched cooling performance. It also supports the stock thermostat flap assembly, essential for quick warm-up and proper airflow over the cylinder heads.
