Reviews & Ratings
  • Precision ground and micro-polished
  • Forged from 4140 chromoly
  • Stock 69mm stroke with oil grooves

The heart of any high-performance engine is the crankshaft. Counter-weighted crankshafts greatly reduce power-robbing and damaging crank-flex, high RPM harmonics, and vibration through the entire power range. SSP's Counter-weighted Crankshafts are perfect for the racer on a budget, offering exceptional quality and performance.

These cranks are precision ground, micro-polished, nitrided, and include dynamic balancing. They are forged from 4140 chromoly, have radiused standard/standard journals, and are drilled to 8 dowel with 8mm dowel pins installed. With a stock 69mm stroke and added oil grooves for longer bearing life, these crankshafts use stock VW main and rod bearings, ensuring durability and reliability for your racing needs.
