Can this part be used to convert a 1979 Late Bay Window into a Lowlight Bay Window. I am wondering if it will fit a 1979 Bay Window?

Hi yes this panel will work as a repair section on a late bay although you will need to cut and modify it if you still wish to have the bumper bulge from the late bus. it may be easier to just cut out early indicator holes in your late bay if the panel is still sound.
