What does us spec headlights mean? I have a 1964 beetle rhd Australian built model. Are these suitable?

Afternoon,
US spec refers to the front lens on these, it's clear the inner lens is the unit that directs the light. The inner unit on these also has no provision for a side light, so the side light is mounted between the inner and outer lenses. The photo for 111-941-037/C/BQ is a little clearer on what the set includes. Yes it will be suitable for a RHD Australian '64.
